Any update on the review?

I moved it to Friday morning so everyone’s back from the offsite. I’ll send the deck tonight so you can read it first.

Review — Thursday instead?

Hi Sarah,

The deck is waiting on numbers from finance. Could we move the review to Thursday? I’ll send the draft tomorrow night.

Thanks, David

Tell Amnis what to do.

Hold a second key instead, and say what you want. Amnis shows you the result before anything changes.

What Amnis proposes.

Hi Sarah — the deck is waiting on numbers from Finance, so could we push the review to Thursday? I’ll send the draft over tomorrow night.

Private by design.

That all happened on your device.

Your history is locked with a key that stays there.

Even we can’t read it.

So you can use Amnis for the work you keep to yourself.

A list of past dictations on your device, behind frosted glass. Only the few inside one clear area are readable; everything else is illegible.

Your history

None of it left your device

Six weeks of dictation on your device, one mark for every time you spoke. Everything older than the retention limit has already been cleared.

How long it’s kept

Your history clears itself. You choose when.

Search it, export it, or delete it sooner.

Meeting notes and the names you’ve corrected are locked the same way.

Cloud stays off until you turn it on.

If you turn it on, the audio is deleted as soon as it’s processed.

Offline

Works with no connection.

Amnis needs the internet to set up. After that, leave cloud off and it never asks again.

Fully offline on Apple silicon Macs. Windows and phones finish in the cloud.

Turn Wi-Fi off and dictate anyway.

A Wi-Fi switch beside a message being dictated. With Wi-Fi on and with Wi-Fi off, the same finished sentence lands in the app.

Also on iPhone

Amnis becomes your keyboard.

So it writes in every app you already type in.

Five modes

Work, Chat, Email, Note and Translate — one tap to switch.

Eighteen languages

Amnis writes in your language.

  • English
  • Français
  • Deutsch
  • Español
  • Italiano
  • Português
  • Nederlands
  • Svenska
  • Dansk
  • Norsk
  • Suomi

Each one tuned by hand.

Questions, answered.

Every question shows its answer in the list; open one for the detail.

Unlimited dictation is free, with 2,000 words a week of AI polishing. Pro polishes everything you say.

Your history is stored on your device, encrypted, and clears itself on a schedule you set — 30 days unless you change it. Amnis never builds a voiceprint of you.

We hold as little as possible, so there is nothing to train on. A cloud request travels encrypted, is answered, then thrown away — nothing you dictate is kept to make a model smarter, ours or anyone else’s. The only lasting copy is the one on your own device, for as long as you choose.

On an Apple silicon Mac nothing needs a network — dictate on a plane and it still writes. Intel Macs and iPhone finish the job in the cloud. Windows and Android are in development.

Hold one key, say what you mean, and finished text lands where your cursor already was. Nothing to install per app, no window to open and nothing to paste across — Amnis writes into whatever you have in front of you.

Add a name, a product or an acronym to your dictionary and Amnis stops mishearing it. Smart Inserts go further: say a short trigger out loud and a whole block of saved text — a signature, a booking link — lands exactly as you wrote it.
