Prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Internet connection fees and other carrier charges are your responsibility.

3. Payment methods and timing

Payments for customers in Japan are processed through Stripe Japan Checkout using the methods available in your country (for example, credit/debit card). Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. For subscriptions, you are charged at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

4. When the service is provided

After purchase, access is provided digitally. In most cases, access is available shortly after payment confirmation and sign-in.

5. Subscriptions (recurring plans)

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account billing settings (if available) or by contacting us. Your access remains available until the end of the paid period.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop renewal (your access continues until the end of the paid period). Because this is a digital product, returns are not available. Refunds may be available as described in our Refund Policy and/or as required by local law.

7. If the service is defective

If Amnis does not work as described due to a defect, contact us at support@amnis.one. We will work to fix the issue. If we cannot provide a reasonable fix, we may offer another remedy (such as a refund) as required by applicable law.

8. Operating environment

Amnis is a desktop application. Supported OS: macOS (available now). Windows is coming soon. A microphone is required for dictation. An internet connection is required for sign-in and billing, and on-device processing works offline.

9. Order period and special conditions

Unless otherwise stated, there is no fixed order period, and there are no quantity limits. One Account is typically active on one device at a time unless your plan says otherwise.
