- Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Japan for customers in Japan; Stripe Hong Kong for all other customers, including Hong Kong). Refunds are handled by the applicable Amnis contracting entity under this policy.
- Request refunds within 14 days of your first paid charge.
- You can cancel anytime to stop renewal.
1. Who handles refunds
Senolytic Lab 合同会社 (セノリティックラブ合同会社) handles refund requests for customers in Japan. YuniqueS Limited handles refund requests for customers in all other countries (including Hong Kong). Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Japan for customers in Japan; Stripe Hong Kong for all other customers), and approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time. Your access stays active until the end of the billing period.
- Refund requests within 14 days of the first paid charge are handled by us, unless local law requires otherwise.
- We do not typically provide prorated refunds after that period, except as required by law or at our discretion.
3. EU/UK digital rights
If you are in the EU/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. If you request immediate access, you may be asked to waive that right at checkout.
