Start with the basics
- Keep Amnis open for the first run.
- Give the initial download a stable connection.
- Check that your Mac still has free storage.
After a restart
If the app restarted during permissions or setup, some download and finalize work can resume when Amnis opens again.
Give it a moment before assuming the process is frozen.
If it still looks stuck
- Reopen the app and check the Models area again.
- Retry downloads if the app offers it.
- If setup still does not move, send a report from Support with a short note.
